Some specifics on Rancho Mirage

There are some commendable features in the city. The roads are in much better shape than surrounding towns. The road verge along city maintained streets has an incredible variety of bushes, trees and plants and is very well maintained. The average age is 65.8 which can be depressing when people refer to it as the City of the Living Dead. Although that statistic has it's plus side---almost no violent crime or graffiti. In my particular case, my condo unit is worth less today that when I bought it 11 years ago and worth less than it was in Dec 2017 when I refinanced.
